StudioDMK's Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy is strategic, ethical and human-led, always.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers exciting opportunities to enhance creativity, streamline operations, and deepen strategic insight. At StudioDMK, we embrace these possibilities with care. As a consultancy rooted in ethical communication, we use AI to support, not replace, the human expertise that defines our work.

1. Human-first, always

• AI is a tool, not a substitute. Every piece of content, strategy, or visual asset we produce is shaped by human judgment, creativity, and experience.

• We use AI to assist with ideation, research and formatting, not to generate final outputs.

• All client-facing work is reviewed, refined and contextualised by our team.​​​

• We do not rely on AI for strategic decision-making, brand voice or creative direction.

 

2. Creativity with integrity

• We occasionally use AI to spark ideas, not to automate originality. StudioDMK’s strength lies in creating elegant, client-centric solutions.

• AI may support tasks like transcription, subtitling or summarisation.

• We do not publish AI-generated content without human oversight, editing and review.

• We avoid generic outputs and ensure all work reflects StudioDMK’s tone, values, and aesthetic.

 

3. Privacy, protection & compliance​

We respect the boundaries of data, copyright, and consent. StudioDMK monitors legal developments around AI and applies best practices to protect our clients and collaborators.

We do not input sensitive or proprietary client data into generative AI tools.

• We respect copyright and do not replicate third-party content.

• We comply with GDPR and disclose when AI tools are used in our processes.
