I’m Deborah, founder of StudioDMK - a consultancy built to help law firm leaders move when progress feels stuck.

With more than two decades of experience working with complex, partner‑led organisations, Deborah Kelly brings calm commercial judgement, decisive thinking and a refusal to tolerate drift. She works closely with Managing Partners and senior leaders at moments of transition - challenging assumptions, aligning ambition with reality, and turning good intentions into clear direction. StudioDMK is not about activity for activity’s sake, but about helping firms make better decisions and move forward with confidence.
